Thank you for visiting and shopping at Quality CPAP. Following are the terms andconditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered onweekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Pleaseallow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of yourorder, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental Canada.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing yourtracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Quality CPAP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Allfees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Quality CPAP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If youreceived your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products. We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake with your order or there is a defect in the product.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@cpapmachinesupplies.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
